The MT103-121 is a Twisted Pair audio/video distribution amplifier (DA) designed for use with ALTINEX Twisted Pair transmitters and receivers such as the TP115-110, TP115-111, DA1930CT, and DA1931CT.

The MT103-121 is a 1-In, 6-Out DA Card. There is 1 Twisted Pair input and 6 Twisted Pair outputs. This card enables the connection of a single Twisted Pair transmitter to 6 Twisted Pair receivers.

The MT103-121 also features video equalization allowing the user to adjust the signal when long cable lengths are involved. The equalization circuitry is good for cable runs up to 400 ft (122 m) when high quality cabled is used. The total distance from source to transmitter to receiver to display is 750 ft (230 m) depending on the resolution. An on-board switch allows the user to choose between hardware and software control of video equalization.

Another feature available is a Loop Output which allows the same input to the MT103-121 to be easily connected to another MT103-121 or similar device. Switch settings allow the user to select between Loop Output or no Loop Output.

The latest generation of Twisted Pair devices uses an innovative, patented technology* developed by ALTINEX. The new signal processing technology allows transmitting and receiving fully equalized computer video signals, stereo, and audio signals over long distances. The maximum distance at full UGXA resolution is 400 ft (122 m) between devices and may reach up to 750 ft (230 m) at VGA resolution.
