Limited Non-Defective Returns
Non-defective items returned for credit toward another purchase of equal or greater value must be returned within 30 days of receipt of original purchase. The client will be responsible for the return shipping charges.

The returned item(s) must be 100% complete, in original and re-sellable condition, with all packaging, manuals, registration card(s), accessories and software. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements. Examples of this would include; original box not included, product damaged, or the box has been marred with writing other than the shipping label.

Special/Custom Order Items
We cannot accept any custom order items for return. Examples of special/custom order items include, but are not limited to, custom screens and cables.

Money-Back Guarantees
Matrix Ingenuity does not offer a money-back guarantee on any product.

Return Procedures
No return will be accepted without a return authorization (RA) number.

• To request a RA number, please contact our RMA Department at (877) 628-7492 RA numbers are valid for ten business days after issue.
• Place your RA number(s) clearly on the shipping label of the return shipment. Affix a label to the box. PLEASE DO NOT MARK THE BOX ITSELF IN ANY WAY.
• We suggest that you use a return shipping method that issues tracking numbers and also purchase shipping insurance for the full value of the original purchase. This will help you ensure the item is safely returned to our Returns Department and protect you in the event it is damaged or lost during shipment.
